General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. The provider is:

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to them.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding catalogue.

By clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded when we accept your offer. Acceptance takes place by:

  • an order confirmation sent by email, or
  • dispatch of the goods, or
  • successful processing of payment.

The contract is concluded upon the occurrence of the earliest of the above events.

You may review and correct your details at any time before submitting your order.

3. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German or English.

The contract text is not stored permanently by us. Order details and these terms will be sent to you via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are total prices including applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs (customs duties, taxes, fees) may apply and must be borne by the customer.

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered during checkout, in particular via Mollie (e.g. credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

If an item is not available, we will inform you without delay.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

For entrepreneurs, we additionally retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from the business relationship have been settled in full.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent.

For consumers, failure to report transport damage does not affect statutory warranty rights.

For entrepreneurs, the risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping service provider.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

For entrepreneurs, the warranty period for new goods is one year from the transfer of risk.

9. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation:

  • in cases of intent or gross negligence
  • for injury to life, body or health
  • under the German Product Liability Act

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

Any further liability is excluded.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office.

If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
