Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This applies to unworn items in their original condition. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Returns & Shipping
Within Germany, you will receive a free UPS return label within 24 hours. For international returns, shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods using the original payment method.
