Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us are excluded.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
For returns within Germany, we provide a free UPS return label.
For returns from abroad, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For watches, jewelry and accessories, such diminished value may arise particularly if the item has been worn, damaged, soiled, altered or returned incomplete.
Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to personalized products, such as items with engraving or custom modifications.
The right of withdrawal may also expire prematurely in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the goods.
This voluntary return policy applies independently and does not affect your statutory rights.
The voluntary return policy applies only if the goods are:
- unworn,
- in new condition,
- complete,
- in original condition,
- returned with all accessories, packaging, warranty cards, manuals and included items.
If the goods show signs of use, damage, alterations, contamination or missing components, we reserve the right to charge compensation for loss in value or refuse the return under the voluntary return policy.
For returns within Germany, we provide a free UPS return label.
For returns from abroad, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
The voluntary return policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, especially items with engravings or permanent modifications.
The voluntary return policy applies only if the goods are returned within 30 days from receipt.
